The Office Manager is responsible for onsite management for our global headquarters and additional corporate offices.

This position is part of the Danaher Corporate team and will be located in Washington DC.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters and handle general inquiries from visitors, staff, or vendors.
  • Act as a liaison between occupants and other departments or external stakeholders
  • Assist with invoice management, including ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely submission to the finance department
  • Coordinate office-wide communication, including announcements, newsletters, or updates from senior management.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Significant experience of Commercial Property & Office Management with preference to CPM or RPA designations
  • Familiarity with TOBY process, LEED/Energy Star reporting
  • Proficiency with JD Edwards, Yardi, Kardin software preferred
  • Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
