About the Team

The People Operations team sits at the heart of the employee experience and is dedicated to supporting every stage of the employee journey. From keeping the office running smoothly to designing meaningful moments of connection.
In this role you will- Serve as the go-to person for employees for any day-to-day office needs, questions, and updates.
- Own the day-to-day operations of the office across two floors, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care.
- Handle office logistics such as ordering supplies, managing deliveries, and supporting facilities and maintenance needs.
- Manage vendors and service providers (maintenance, supplies, equipment, etc.), including coordination, follow-ups, invoicing, and ensuring things are completed on time.
- Execute in-office events, team gatherings, and employee moments that bring people together and strengthen the office experience.
- Bring your own ideas for how we can continuously improve the office and create a great experience for our employees.
- Support operational and logistical planning and execution of company-wide and team events.
- Support onboarding and offboarding in partnership with the People Operations team.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks, following things through end-to-end.
- Proactively spot issues or opportunities for improvement and help make the office experience better every day.
- 2-3 years of experience in a hands-on, operational, or administrative role (e.g. office support, operations, coordination).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail - you notice the small things.
- A true self-starter who takes ownership and follows things through end-to-end.
- Warm, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with many different stakeholders.
- Energetic and creative, with excitement for producing events and building great in-office experiences.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Comfortable writing, speaking, and communicating in English.
