Own Empathy’s organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional platforms. Build consumer and B2B audiences, develop platform-native content, support campaigns and launches, drive thought leadership, steward sensitive brand messaging, and use analytics to optimize performance. The role also directs creative collaboration, tests content approaches, leverages AI tools, tracks engagement and audience growth, and reports results.

Leads strategic client marketing across implementations and the client lifecycle. Develops marketing strategies, communications, launch and adoption programs, operating models, playbooks, advocacy initiatives, and Customer Advisory Board engagement. Partners with Client Success, Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams to improve activation, engagement, expansion, and retention. Establishes KPIs, measures performance, translates client insights into action, and advises senior stakeholders while balancing standardized and customized experiences.

The Strategic Account Executive will drive enterprise sales, manage a dynamic sales pipeline, engage with C-level executives, and negotiate multi-year contracts in the Insurance and Wealth sector.
