Overview
First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for an Office Coordinator who will provide timely support to the Credit Union’s mail room operation which entails department and branch communication distribution, office deliveries, and record retention and destruction. The ideal candidate is someone who appreciates structured processes and compliance as well as an individual who enjoys facilitating operation efficiency.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity reporting to the Director, Facilities and is based in Hollywood, CA. The target starting pay in California is between $22.12 and 33.17.
Responsibilities
· Administer corporate shipping and supply ordering accounts, such as FedEx and Staples.
· Partner with our courier to ensure all mail is received and delivered to the appropriate locations or personnel.
· Oversee all incoming package deliveries and maintain daily logs in a timely and accurate manner.
· Be responsible for ensuring necessary office, branch, and marketing supplies are readily available. Conduct inventory audits and process orders as necessary.
· Manage critical branch and member record retention and destruction process.
· Oversee the staff dining areas while ensuring supplies and the environment are up to standards.
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements
· High school graduate, two-year college degree or equivalent preferred, or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
· A minimum of 1 year of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or experience in a related position in a related field preferred.
· Ability to limit up to 25 lbs.
· Familiarity with Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines.
· Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
· Knowledge of how to use a personal computer and MS Office products on a daily basis (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as postage machines.
