The Office Coordinator serves as a central resource for the division, ensuring the efficient operation of office administration, facility coordination, office purchasing, employee support activities, inventory coordination, reporting, and special projects. This role partners closely with leadership, customer support, warehouse operations, sales, and corporate teams to support daily business activities and maintain an organized, productive work environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional internal customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs and inquiries.
  • Manage office supply inventories and place orders for office, breakroom, janitorial, and facility supplies.
  • Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, deliveries, and vendor services.
  • Maintain office organization, records, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and office communications.
  • Monitor office and facility inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate purchases through approved vendors and purchasing processes.
  • Track office-related expenditures and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for leadership.
  • Compile attendance, staffing, operational, sales, margin, and business performance reports.
  • Analyze data and identify trends requiring management attention.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Assist leadership with data collection, research, and special projects. 
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrations, and office events.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new employee office setup.
  • Support communication of company initiatives and office announcements.
  • Coordinate catering, meeting refreshments, and special event logistics.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Corporate teams.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and administrative projects.
  • Assist with setup, onboarding and tracking of new customers.
  • Support leadership with scheduling, documentation, and miscellaneous operational tasks

Requirements
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of administrative, office coordination, operations support, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data and create meaningful reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $21 – $23 per hour.
Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position.
