Leads a customer support team by hiring, coaching, training, managing performance, balancing workloads, and ensuring service levels. Monitors KPIs, reports, and dashboards to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Handles escalated customer issues, supports sales onboarding, maintains procedures, and partners cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR to improve customer experience and processes.

Partner with National Account Executives to manage key account projects, coordinate business reviews, direct customer service and sales teams, define tasks/resources, schedule timelines, track deliverables, identify margin improvements, run weekly team meetings, and report progress to stakeholders. Travel to key account locations approximately 10%.

Supports co-pack operations by creating purchase orders, bills of materials, SOPs, reports, and invoice information. Monitors the warehouse management system, performs cycle and project-end counts, records receiving, production, and damages, and communicates with customers. Assists with time studies and sends first-article documentation to customers. Requires a high school diploma, at least one year of co-packing or warehouse coordination experience, WMS familiarity, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manage and execute quoting for contract manufacturing, co-pack, and kitting opportunities. Analyze RFQs, gather technical specs, collaborate with procurement, production, and QA for cost estimates, and maintain detailed quote records and cost breakdowns to deliver accurate competitive proposals.

Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendor coordination, mail/shipping, and meeting logistics. Maintain records, prepare and analyze reports and dashboards, support onboarding and events, and assist leadership with data, projects, and cross-team coordination.

Hunt and develop new commercial/industrial accounts, manage an active portfolio, create proposals and pricing, and build long-term consultative relationships to meet revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Manage the integrity of accounts receivable for assigned customers: monitor invoices, credits, unapplied cash; perform collections and reconciliations; research short-payments; apply cash and assist with billing, credit decisions, and new account setup. Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve delinquencies.
