WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors warmly and professionally; Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department; Provide information about the company or organization; Offer refreshments or other assistance to visitors.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answer and screen incoming calls; Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department; Take and deliver messages accurately; Handle inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage appointment schedules and calendars; Sort and distribute mail and deliveries; Maintain office supplies and equipment; Assist with travel arrangements and bookings; Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organized; Ensure the reception area is well-stocked with necessary supplies; Monitor security systems and visitor access.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees; Organize company activities and parties; Help in managing company cars fleet; Help in managing the company canteen; Provide support to other departments as needed.

YOU HAVE:

  • The certification for being included into Categorie Protette L 68/99;
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written. English Language at level B2 is a requirement;
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Time Management Skills: Efficiently handling multiple tasks;
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of schedules, appointments, and paperwork;
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing issues calmly and professionally;
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks and information;
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email);
  • Phone Etiquette: Professional phone manner and clear communication;
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment: Copiers and scanners.
