Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned client accounts. Identify, qualify, quantify and develop new customer leads.
Manage accounts of existing Commercial Fuels customers to deliver volume, margin, cost, EBITDA targets of Bulk Fuels in line with local & Global Commercial Fuel Plans.
Sales Support: Handle inbound inquiries from clients and potential customers, providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
Support Commercial Managers in handling current customer interactions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights and improve sales strategies.
Monitor RFQ’s and provide feedback to Commercial Managers.
Collaboration: Manage and negotiate contracts, customer account receivables, debits and price/discount execution and investments deals and internal interface with supply & logistic teams, customer service center, finance, marketing, legal.
Assist Commercial Managers with the day to day running of Commercial accounts if and when needed.
Order Processing: Assist clients in placing orders, ensuring smooth delivery and satisfaction.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales opportunities, and account details.
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role (preferably in a B2B/Wholesale environment).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Previous Fuel Industry experience (preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Relationships and Department Overview:
- Internal: Collaboration with B2B and Wholesale Managers, Lubricants, Credit Supervisor, CSC, Transport, Supply and Marketing Team.
- External: Engagement with customers to build and maintain strong business relationships.
