Brown & Brown is seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL!
In this role, the Individual acts as the first impression for the office and performs clerical duties to support the office.
How You Will Contribute:
Answer incoming and ring-back calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Sort and distribute daily mail; Front-end scanning to AMS.
Distribute incoming electronic faxes.
Prepare outgoing mail.
Maintain Reception / Mailroom areas in an organized, clean and professional manner.
Build relationships with vendors to get the best products and price
Coordinate service and supplies for office equipment.
Assist all departments as needed
Executive Assistant to Profit Center Leader
Special Office Projects as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Industry software experience (preferred)
Some college education
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Experience with incoming calls in a busy work environment.
