Title: Office Assistant
Job Duties: Under the direction of the director of administrative services, the Office Assistant will provide supportive services and activities related to the business office functions. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
Schedule: On Call: The first couple of months will be up to 40 hours and will then be reduced to 2-3 days a week.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED.
- Minimum of one-year customer service experience.
- Basic understanding of AP and AR functions.

About the Campus: Crestwood’s Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients. PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$21—$21 USD
