Office Assistant – Staff Development and Training Department

The Office Assistant to the Staff Development & Training Department will be responsible for all data entry for training records and licensure, order office and classroom inventory, process department mail, assists in scheduling trainings for employees and classrooms, makes new and replacement ID badges, update employee photo file and leave/restrictions/separation list daily, assist in providing training reports and/or copies of training records to Office of Inspector General, Department of Justice, Risk Management, Human Resources, etc. Any other assignments necessary for the daily operations of the program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of administrative support experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
