Kentucky Humane Society

The Kentucky Humane Society (KHS) is a private, nonprofit organization and Kentucky's largest pet adoption agency. Founded in 1884, it is the state's oldest animal welfare organization. KHS is a champion for companion animals, dedicated to creating more compassionate communities through leadership, education, and proactive solutions, including pet adoption, spay/neuter services, and veterinary care for animals in need.
