Provide front-desk and administrative support in a clinic: greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with telehealth navigation, maintain/updating EHR records, collect and post payments, verify coverage, and support clinical staff to ensure a welcoming, client-centered environment.

Provide outpatient clinical services to individuals and families including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual/family/group therapy, outcome monitoring (PCOMS), referrals, and advocacy. Manage diverse caseloads, collaborate with a treatment team, and promote inclusive team participation.

Provide advocacy, assessment, and case coordination to connect clients with medical, social, educational, and behavioral health services. Develop person-centered recovery plans, monitor progress, document case activity, liaise with community partners and multidisciplinary teams, and perform outreach and education.

Coordinate and manage consumer-directed services for individuals on Medicaid waivers. Complete assessments, maintain care plans, develop crisis prevention plans, process employee paperwork, ensure required documentation/training, and collaborate regionally to optimize services and compliance.

Manage and maintain employee training records, audit compliance with federal/state training requirements, develop and deliver training programs, create reports for stakeholders, collaborate with IT on training systems, and support staff development projects.

Manage healthcare accounts receivable by verifying billing documentation, researching and correcting denied or rejected claims, rebilling payers, drafting appeals, and supporting billing policy compliance. Collaborate with local staff and report trends or noncompliance to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Provide outpatient clinical services including assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, risk assessment, case management, and use PCOMS. Manage diverse caseloads, coordinate with treatment team, and deliver evidence-based counseling in office or community settings.

Provide outpatient clinical services to individuals and families including assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, PCOMS-based outcome tracking, referral/advocacy, and caseload management. Work collaboratively with treatment teams to deliver evidence-based care and de-escalate crises, serving diverse populations and promoting inclusion.

The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric assessments, attends interdisciplinary meetings, coordinates treatment plans, and integrates with specialists, focusing on individuals with IDD.

The Registered Dietitian collaborates with various departments to provide individualized nutritional care and ensure services comply with professional standards and regulations.
