Role
Overview
We
are looking for a proactive and organised Half-Day (AM) Administrator to assist
with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the
office environment.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide
general administrative support to management and staff
- Handle
incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain
filing systems and accurate records (digital and physical)
- Assist
with data capturing and document preparation
- Coordinate
meetings and manage calendars
- Support
procurement and administrative processes (e.g., orders, invoices, office
supplies)
- Assist
with basic reporting and operational administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum

- Previous
administrative experience (Minimum of 3 Years)
- Grade
12/Matric
- Excellent
organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability
to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable
and punctual
Skills Required
