Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader of our Product Launch Managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful and timely introduction of new products and updates to existing products across the organization. They will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing a standardized product launch process while also overseeing a team of launch managers responsible for executing the product launch process.

Manage a team of product launch managers responsible for managing a cross-functional group of stakeholders through the product launch process
Foster a team culture that continuously drives improvement and supports one another as challenges arise
Help individuals grow beyond being great project managers, but to also become great problem solvers that not only identify problems but create solutions
Product Launch Process Management
Further develop, and continuously improve a scalable, repeatable, and robust end-to-end product launch process. Criteria and processes should be defined for new product introduction as well as product updates.
Manage the quarterly release process to consolidate product updates across the portfolio into a digestible and impactful internal (sales, deployment) and external (customer) communication and rollout.
Own and maintain all launch-related documentation, templates, and tools.
Work with leaders across the organization to ensure their requirements are represented in the launch process with special attention for sales enablement and deployment.
Identify and implement best practices for product launch management across the organization.
Project and Program Execution
Oversee the portfolio of product launch projects, prioritizing resources and managing dependencies across the roadmap.
Ensure all product launches and updates adhere to the defined process and meet quality and timing requirements.
Escalate roadblocks to senior leadership for attention and resolution
Prepare executive level communication to product leadership on progress and status of launch projects
Target Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in sales, strategy, product management or marketing
