Job Description
OEM Account Manager
Pune-India
You will be responsible for successful achievement of AOP targets of orders, shipments and Account Receivables through the assigned OEM accounts.
You will report to the Sales leader OEM-Packaging, and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.
Your Responsibilities:
You will Achieves AOP targets for orders, shipment & AR through assigned OEM accounts
Maintains detailed account plans for assigned OEMs and work towards enhancing OEM/Machine share
Adheres to Global Disciplined Selling Process (Funnel Strength, Forecast Accuracy) and practice Outcome based selling.
Leverages GOTC deployment to create strong differentiation and enhance win rate. Leverage domain experts to maintain/increase account share.
Executes growth initiatives in a disciplined manner to enhance attachment business (MR, safety, cubic, VFD and visualization portfolio.)
· Leverages channel network/eco-system for assigned accounts in collaboration with Channel Team.
Work in collaboration with Industry/EU team to improve win rate through push/pull model.
Leverage and participates in marketing events/programs for demand generation to ensure healthy OEM funnel (3X)
Owns the account strategy within the assigned accounts aligning with Industry/OEM BSR and onboard internal stake holders on an account-by-account basis when appropriate
Ensures compliance to policies and procedures as per Rockwell Automations' standards
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of experience with Sales experience in Industrial Automation
Flexible to travel 70-80% of the time
Product: Intermediate level of expertise in Business Development activities in Process, and Services & Solutions
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Previous experience in similar domain, with sales and marketing experience.
Taking the initiative to work with others to achieve business goals
Creating a positive customer experience, and supporting others to do the same
Planning and executing in simple, effective ways to consistently achieve desired outcomes, holding self and others accountable for doing same
Directing efforts that significantly increase revenue, margins, brand equity, markets served and/or market share, as well as ensuring our talent and systems can support that growth
Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, industrial automation platforms, and digital tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or data analytics platforms.
