Job Title: Regional Integration Lead for AMEA - Enterprise Planning operations
Job Description:
Seeking a technically strong and hands-on professional to lead integration and data engineering activities within regional Planning applications environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing partner contractors who will directly report to him/her, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery across multiple project streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee contractors from partner organizations, ensuring timely and effective task execution.
- Manage integration activities across SAP systems and related applications, including data migration, cutovers, and validation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of regional integration projects.
- Apply Agile, SAFe, hybrid agile-waterfall methodologies to plan, monitor, and deliver project milestones.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, handle dependencies, and ensure data quality and system stability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess risks, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in data engineering, SAP integration, and system migration.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractor teams or offshore delivery partners.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and waterfall project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on accountability and execution.
- Hands-on exposure to working with multiple enterprise applications in a complex integration landscape.
