You will take care of the administration and data reporting connected to all training program or activities carried out by the functional Capability team and for administering the learning and development portal content.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Coordinate all invitations, materials, room bookings, catering and equipment connected to the efficient running of training program or activities developed and run by the Capability team
- Manage the day-to-day budget and invoicing on behalf of the Capability team
- Manage external relationships with suppliers (booking programs and invoicing in line with global and local processes)
- Manage and update database content and lead internal communications implementation
- Create and maintain booklets and tools required to support Capability offerings
- Track data and report in line with Capability KPI's (weekly and monthly reporting)
- Create an annual training course schedule
- Manage the course evaluation process including investigations into non-attendance

What you need to know about this position:
To help drive revenue growth by enhancing the capability of Mondelēz Feet on Street (PC, TSI, Merchandizers) & Sales Associates. The incumbent is expected to execute the Strategic Capability Agenda set by the Head office Sales Team (nuanced as per the Branch's context and needs) and also conceive and execute local programs appropriate to the Branch when needed
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Creating Content
- Assessing the relevant population & Identifying training needs
- Creating content and designing relevant modules, activities, and tools address training needs
- Working with relevant internal & external stakeholders including agencies/consultants to create engaging content.
- Creating Content using existing application, liaison with SME's to create content.
- To raise the standard of training by constantly monitoring new trends and ways of working,
- Including updating of training courses, making them relevant to country requirements.
Job specific requirements:
Delivering Content
- Deliver Training content through various modes - classroom, online, via app etc.
- Ensure Project management and delivery of capability initiatives. This includes ensuring timely delivery of content and translating the same into execution.
- Schedule training; Ensuring appropriate coordination with key stake holders & trainers, scheduling and logistics, driving of attendance and accurate record keeping.
Governance
- Developing & monitoring sales capability KPIs dashboard (No of training hours; status check, branches trained). This information is then collated & analyzed to provide status report to the SLT
- Monitor sales team progress against these initiatives and provides feedback to the business/leadership team as and when required
- Ensuring complete execution of the Capability Calendar and delivering relevant training impact.
- Ensuring Sanctity of the Master data, coordinating with vendors and field team to resolve technical issues.
Liaison with BLT and ASM
- Incumbent will be responsible for to lead the training initiatives in the region/branches assigned as per the business requirements.
- Work closely with the Branch Leadership team and ASM's to improve their ability to coach salespeople in the field and their ability to manage performance in their area of responsibility.
Capability related IT initiatives
- Develop Modules
- Drive both the launch and the adoption of IT initiatives related to capability.
