§ Monitoring on a daily basis and data analysis (SCADA and different software tools) of the wind power assets owned by the Company
§ Understanding of all the KPIs values related to the wind assets
§ Analysis of all the KPIs related to the wind assets
§ Production of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for Lenders, Shareholders, Company and other involved parties meeting the agreed requirements
§ Management of all the O&M contractors and sub-contractors ensuring that they meet the contractual obligations.
§ Management of all the PPA and similar contracts for the sale of electricity related to the solar and wind power plants making sure that all the agreed conditions are achieved
§ Analysis of the O&M Contracts and evaluation of the Contractors performances based on the agreed contractual conditions, ensuring that the guaranteed availability and agreed KPIs are achieved.
§ Analysis of all the maintenance and preventative activities carried out by the O&M Contractors and making sure that they’re performed correctly according to the agreed terms.
§ Very good understanding of electrical and mechanical design, troubleshooting and maintenance for wind power plants and resolution of the related technical issues
§ Making sure that all the solar and wind assets are following the statutory requirements for H&S – very good understanding of the H&S regulations
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Qualification:
§ BSc. Engineering essential
§ GWO (global wind organization) certification
§ NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable
EXPERIENCE:
§ 5-10 years of site operations and maintenance experience with wind turbines
Job Specific Skills:
§ Technical knowledge of wind turbines
§ Analyitcal skills
§ Problems solving skills
§ Operative Systems : Windows e Unix/Linux
§ Applications : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook), AUTOCad
§ Other technical softwares :
o Asset management softwares: Meteocontrol, Skytron, GPM, QOS.
o Database software: SQL
This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and the employee may be required to perform duties outside of those mentioned as operationally required and at the discretion of the manager. Employee is required to work on a shift-based timetable, with 20 days on, 20 days off. During the shift the employee will be located at the site.
