Provides technical and commercial oversight of wind and renewable energy O&M contracts. Monitors SCADA data, turbine performance, faults, downtime, and KPIs; coordinates issue resolution with OEMs and contractors; tracks warranties and performance guarantees; prepares lender, owner, and management reports; supports budgeting and continuous improvement; and maintains performance reporting tools and data pipelines.

Lead QHSSE implementation across wind energy projects in Egypt, overseeing contractors and service providers during development, construction, and operations. Responsibilities include risk assessments, site inspections, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, occupational health, and regulatory adherence. The role promotes safety culture, manages high-risk activities, verifies contractor method statements, and ensures alignment with international lender standards including IFC and EBRD requirements.

Supports accounting operations for Egypt and project companies by maintaining financial records, managing petty cash, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts and currencies, calculating taxes, resolving discrepancies, supporting audits, and coordinating with government bodies, customers, and suppliers.

Coordinates operation and maintenance activities across wind and renewable energy assets. Oversees O&M contractors and OEMs, monitors asset performance and technical KPIs, prepares reporting, coordinates corrective works and warranty claims, and supports contract, budget, invoicing, and variation-order management. Serves as the primary contact for contractors, site teams, lenders, government stakeholders, and other external parties regarding technical, operational, and performance matters.

Performs day-to-day corporate accounting, ledger entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, payments, tax compliance, audit coordination, and control maintenance. The role supports consolidated and multi-currency accounting across group entities, including SPVs and capital-intensive projects. It also contributes to process improvements, special projects, and accurate management reporting while maintaining confidentiality and meeting regulatory requirements.

Leads quality, health, safety, security, compliance, and assurance governance across renewable energy construction and O&M projects. Oversees QHS personnel, contractors, audits, reporting, risk management, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement for wind, solar, and BESS assets. Acts as the owner’s representative and coordinates with project teams, lenders, technical advisors, authorities, and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, company, and international lender requirements.

Monitor wind turbine and site performance through SCADA, respond to grid and O&M instructions, perform turbine shutdowns and restarts, conduct inspections, maintain operational logs, and coordinate contractors, permits, access, safety, and security procedures. The role requires rotating shift work on-site, clear handovers, prompt escalation of faults and incidents, and compliance with environmental protocols including migratory bird shutdown requirements.

Maintains agreement trackers, monitors contract compliance, and flags renewals or expiries. Prepares, creates, revises, approves, and distributes purchase orders through ERP systems. Manages vendor onboarding and master data, resolves vendor queries, and standardizes PO numbering, templates, and filing across entities and projects. Coordinates with cost control, finance, legal, vendors, and project teams while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.

Advise senior management on HR strategy and people matters, manage the full employee lifecycle, oversee HR governance and policies, address employee relations and compliance issues, support talent and organizational development, monitor budgets and KPIs, and coordinate HR activities across Alcazar HQ and multicultural teams in Europe.

Conduct financial modeling, projections, financial statement and sector analysis for renewable energy investments. Support due diligence, transactions, project finance, asset monitoring, investor inquiries, and transaction management. Prepare presentations and reports for investors, boards, shareholders, and corporate audiences. Interpret commercial contracts and legal documentation, lead selected transactions, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating across investment management, origination, and project finance teams.

Lead development and execution of marketing, PR, and rebranding for a renewable energy private equity firm. Create cross-channel content, manage media relations, produce investor-focused collateral, monitor industry trends, coordinate with leadership and agencies, and measure campaign effectiveness to elevate brand and investor engagement.

Perform wind resource assessments, energy yield modelling, site selection and feasibility studies; support technical due diligence, tendering, OEM/contractor selection, and provide technical/commercial inputs to the Investment Team across wind, solar PV and storage projects.

Prepare and record accounting entries, reconcile accounts, produce financial statements and ad hoc reports, support audits, ensure internal controls and confidentiality, process payments, and support process improvements and special projects.

Support transaction leaders in renewable energy investments by conducting financial modelling, deal analysis, due diligence, transaction support, and post-investment monitoring. Produce investor and corporate presentations, manage meetings, and prepare reports while mentoring junior analysts and interpreting commercial and legal documentation.

Manage borrower-side administration of project-financed SPVs through construction and operations: compliance monitoring, CP/CS tracking, drawdown and waterfall administration, DSCR and covenant monitoring, debt service and hedging administration, lender reporting, model maintenance and review, advisor coordination, and amendments/waivers. Interface with asset management, finance, technical and ESG teams and support lender and investor engagement.

Manage full-cycle corporate accounting for a multi-entity group: bookkeeping, month/year-end close, AP/AR, payroll support, intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting, controls, audit support, and process improvements.
