Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 plus performance bonus

Skills Required
- 5+ years leading multi-unit operations within boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, or premium service-based business.
- Proven track record delivering results and exceeding sales, operational, and financial goals.
- Experience managing, onboarding, coaching, and developing Studio teams across multiple locations.
- Experience managing budgets, labor, P&Ls, forecasting, and operational KPIs to drive profitable growth.
- Experience scaling businesses through new store openings, market expansion, or multi-location performance improvement.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on decision-making under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
