Lead and build the companys recruiting function: own full-cycle, high-volume hiring, source passive candidates, develop talent pipelines, partner with leaders, and improve hiring systems using data and feedback to scale teams across multiple locations.

Lead operations across NYC and Hamptons studios, drive revenue and KPIs, develop studio managers, support new studio openings, ensure brand consistency, and use data to improve performance and profitability.

Lead daily studio operations, drive revenue and class utilization, manage staffing/scheduling/payroll, hire and train teams, maintain brand standards, resolve student issues, and foster a welcoming community to support studio performance.

Serve as the front-line representative for New York Pilates, driving memberships, class packages, and retail sales while delivering a welcoming, high-energy front desk experience. Support daily studio operations, inventory, light cleaning, equipment resets, and exceed monthly sales goals to boost retention and referrals.
