- Research, update and provide in-depth information on the distribution company's solutions.
- Present and introduce solutions to partners and customers
- Train the partner's sales staff on the company's products
- Survey the needs and advise on optimal solutions for end customers.
- Support partners in preparing technical documents, solution profiles, and product technical requirements for customer procurement
- Develop and systematize documents for product consulting (product introduction documents, solution presentation slides, technical requirements, sample BOMs, comparison information, ...)
- Professional qualifications: Graduated from university/college with good grades or higher, majoring in IT or Telecommunication.
- Foreign language proficiency: Able to read and research documents in English, as well as communicate with foreign partners.
- At least 02 years of experience working in the field of IT, Security
- Experience in consulting and understanding of solutions, network technology - security is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and support colleagues in the agency
- Dynamic, creative and able to withstand high work pressure.
- Salary: Up to US$ 2,000/month
