2. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support daily office administrative operations
  • Welcome and assist guests visiting the company
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms, arranging workspaces, and handling logistics for meetings, training sessions, or internal events
  • Prepare tea, coffee, and refreshments for guests and office meetings
  • Handle incoming phone calls and transfer information accordingly
  • Receive and send letters, parcels, and deliveries; coordinate with courier services
  • Support document filing, paperwork organization, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided from the beginning
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from Colleges/Universities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Careful, proactive, and responsible at work
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
  • Candidates who can work full-time or have a stable working schedule are preferred
  • Candidates seeking long-term growth opportunities are preferred
