Lead and motivate a team of Channel Account Managers to grow channel business, meet quarterly and annual sales targets, maintain project GP, expand partner pipelines, prevent zero-sales quarters, enable partners on sales and technical skills, resolve channel conflicts, develop partner product focus, and clearly position high-level product/solution messaging.
