Your Team:

At Delasport, you’ll work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who are passionate about redefining the iGaming experience. Your team will be dynamic, supportive, and dedicated to driving innovation, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to excel. 

The NOC Team provide 24-hour continuous support and monitoring to ensure an uninterrupted flow of all data and services. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Monitor & Support: Proactively monitor and support the application stack to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Continuously improve monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Alert Response: Respond to alerts and alarms following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to address issues promptly.
  • Service Management: Manage Jira tickets and participate in incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Ticket Management: Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring that all tickets contain accurate, up-to-date information for effective tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborative Deployment: Coordinate with internal teams during routine deployments to ensure smooth, efficient rollouts.
  • Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues impacting our services.
  • NOC Process Development: Develop, document, and maintain Network Operations Center (NOC) policies, procedures, and tools to optimize operations.
Who You Are:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong communication abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical support, NOC, or operations role.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Monitoring & Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, Site24x7, or similar monitoring and observability solutions.
  • Incident Management: Familiarity with incident management processes, troubleshooting, and service restoration practices.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of internet protocols and Linux operating system fundamentals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow.
