We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Engineering group and take ownership of the technical domain.
This is a full-time, office-based position focused on leading the technical direction of the NOC team, driving operational improvements, and ensuring high standards across team activity. The team operates in a 24/7 environment, and the role includes 5 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays. Please note that this position does not include night shifts.
In this role, you will act as the main technical focal point of the team, combining hands-on troubleshooting with leadership and ownership. You will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to improve workflows and resolve complex issues.
The position includes ownership of technical processes, monitoring, knowledge development, and cross-team collaboration, while supporting the professional growth of the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical investigations and critical incident handling
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the NOC team
- Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and identify recurring issues
- Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights and reports
- Define and improve technical processes and follow end-to-end execution
- Support onboarding, technical mentoring, and ongoing knowledge training
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Tech Support and additional stakeholders
- Experience in NOC, Technical Support or similar roles in production operations
- 5 shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong proficiency in SQL or experience working with data (mandatory)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory)
- Strong technical understanding of troubleshooting and monitoring / logging tools
- Experience leading technical processes or driving operational initiatives
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and initiative-driving mindset
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Tableau or similar tools – advantage
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Postman, Coralogix or similar tools
