Resolves guest Wi-Fi login and connectivity issues, assists with network access, performs Wi-Fi and mobile signal testing, monitors ISP links, maintains support logs, escalates weak signals and outages to the NOC, updates network devices, and coordinates preventive maintenance and device cleanup with IT and NOC teams.

• Assist guests in connecting to the hotel network and perform MAC address

binding whenever required.

• Conduct daily Wi-Fi and mobile signal testing across guest rooms and public

areas.

• Identify weak signal zones and escalate them to the NOC team for resolution.

• Monitor ISP links and report network outages promptly.

• Maintain daily logs of customer complaints, resolutions, and network activities.

• Coordinate with the IT Manager and NOC for issue resolution and preventive

maintenance.

• Perform software updates on network devices whenever applicable.

• Review and validate manually added devices on a monthly basis and coordinate

with the NOC for system cleanup.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or

a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Network Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Wi-Fi

Support.

• Freshers with strong networking knowledge may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, routers, switches, wireless access

points, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.

• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts and support hotel operations.

Skills Required

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in network support, IT support, help desk, or Wi-Fi support
Freshers with strong networking knowledge may be considered
