Plan, run, and optimize Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid campaigns to generate leads. Monitor performance, track conversions, manage budgets, create targeting and retargeting strategies, report results, and coordinate with sales for lead follow-up and campaign improvements.

Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot network hardware and hosted IP voice solutions. Provide remote and on-site support for routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs and VoIP, perform hardware testing, replacements, inventory management, incident documentation, and AMC support.

Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs; design scalable, secure server-side applications; integrate frontend components; manage and optimize databases; implement security measures; troubleshoot and resolve issues; participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve application performance.

Design, develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models and LLMs; build data pipelines, APIs, microservices and RAG systems; monitor model performance; collaborate with engineers and product teams; document workflows.

Design, build, test, and maintain responsive front-end and back-end applications; develop APIs, databases, and security settings; debug and optimize software; support mobile-responsive features; write technical documentation; collaborate with data scientists/analysts and maintain the HRMS.

Coordinate with clients and manage media, PR, brand promotion, events, and public relations. Provide content and communications support, and host/anchor events when required.

Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns: create and schedule social content, assist SEO, run Google/Meta ads, produce blogs and emails, monitor engagement, track performance, and coordinate with teams.
