Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Networking & Security Specialist (network security) to join Signify's Global Network Services team in Piła, Poland.

This is On-Site job.

This role supports a global enterprise network environment and is responsible for execution of designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing critical networking and security infrastructure.

More About the Role

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.

  • Administer and enhance network security services including firewalls, Secure Web Gateway, SSE, ZTNA, WAF, CDN, and Cloudflare platforms.

  • Support global connectivity across offices, manufacturing sites, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users.

  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex network and security incidents while driving operational excellence.

  • Partner with global IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and business stakeholders to modernize infrastructure through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise networking and network security environments.

  • Hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPN technologies, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and cloud networking.

  • Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Aruba, Meraki, VMware SD-WAN, or similar platforms.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluency in English is required.

Skills Required
