About GTT:
We’re looking for a Network Provisioning Engineer to join our global team responsible for the logical provisioning of IP, SD-WAN, and Security services across a large-scale network. This role offers the chance to work in a true ISP setting with exposure to multiple vendors and technologies, plus opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
What You’ll Do
- Provision and modify network services for customers, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Work closely with Service Delivery, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to support end-to-end service activation.
- Troubleshoot issues during service turn-up (routing, throughput, VPN) and provide timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Network Engineer in support or provisioning roles.
- Excellent understanding of IP networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with network devices from various vendors (preferably Juniper and/or Cisco).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
