About this Opportunity
The Network Program Director assumes the role of Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) for Networks' opportunities to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms defined during pre-sales through the program delivery and customer acceptance.
What will you do
- Be accountable for defining and implementing the Networks' contract execution strategy and associated risk exposure in one or more geographies for specific opportunities.
- Monitor the fulfilment of all contractual obligations by Ericsson and the customer for specific opportunities.
- Support the Program CFR to analyze legal impacts including E+OHS and Security issues associated with the engagement.
- Manage contract changes and/or amendments during the entire contract lifecycle concerning the specific opportunity.
- Manage and mentor Business Area or large project teams and the associated risk and performance against requirements in a complex environment.
- Identify and drive potential sales opportunities / add-on sales throughout the contract life cycle to support net sales targets and strategic areas for growth.
- Ensure compliance to group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security and privacy, relevant approved processes, and tools.

- Should have knowledge about Ericsson NEO business, rollout processes (Toll gates, Build, Optimize), stakeholders (Customer, CU, Market Area Service Lines, Managed Services, Supply, Sourcing, external partners) in the ecosystem. Knowledge of Ericsson product portfolio will be an advantage.
- Is expected to be a business leader with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking - responsible for end-to-end NEO business delivery comprising of ongoing engagements as well as identification of new opportunities.
- Should be capable of playing the role of Program CFR for his/her deliveries, with ability to contribute to pre-sales activities as well.
- Is required to have in-depth business understanding deploying a full range of operational management skills.
- For the assigned circles, should be adapted in customer engagement and satisfaction at CxO levels, independently, and meeting E/// internal objectives.
- Should be data and value driven gaining insights and trends to Support customer relationships.
- Will be accountable for financial performance of his/her projects - Revenue, Margins, management of projects and financials in Global Chronos
- Will need to comply with company's objectives - Project operational governance, Project financial governance, Toll gate process, Cost controls, Productivity, Planning, Lead time, Target Zero, CPPM controls.
- Needs to have strong inclination towards and adoption of Digitalization ambition of Ericsson and the unit - deployment and use of Ericsson tools, automations, identification of opportunities for efficiencies.
- Should have these mandatory soft skills - Business leadership, People leadership abilities in a matrix work environment with reporting of senior team members, decision making abilities, Effective verbal and written communication, assertiveness.
