About this opportunity:
As a Network Engineer, you will analyze, audit, design, and optimize telecom networks using strong technical expertise and data-driven approaches. The role spans multiple network domains, including Radio Access Network (RAN), Transport, Core, Operations and Maintenance (OM), and Services Networks. You may contribute across the full service lifecycle-from early customer engagement and pre-sales support through service delivery and final acceptance. You will help identify technical challenges, define effective solutions, and translate customer needs into valuable, well-structured service offerings.
What you will do:
• Analyze technical issues across multiple network domains, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.• Engage with customers to understand improvement opportunities, business needs, and technology challenges.• Gather and clarify customer requirements directly or through Requests for Quotation (RFQs).• Define the scope of work for network design and optimization services.• Prepare cost-of-sales estimates for service proposals, including workforce, tools, travel, and other expenses.• Document and present detailed service offerings that clearly demonstrate customer value.• Apply data usage, analytics tools, frameworks, and automation to improve engineering and service-delivery outcomes.• Collaborate with stakeholders and share knowledge to support high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
