We specialize in maintaining robust network and system infrastructures to support mission-critical operations.Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Network and Computer Systems Administrator (Network Operations) to join our team. The successful candidate must hold an active TOP SECRET security clearance and will focus on installing, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. This role emphasizes network operations, system monitoring, resource management, and ensuring the integrity and availability of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), data communications networks, operating systems, and physical/virtual servers.
- Perform system and network monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources.
- Review system and application logs to ensure operational stability and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
- Analyze network and server resource consumption to optimize performance and ensure efficient operations.
- Manage and control user access to networks and systems, ensuring compliance with security policies and protocols.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software and software licenses to keep systems secure and up to date.
- Assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and system issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures to support network operations and compliance requirements.

Skills Required
- Active TOP SECRET security clearance
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining LAN and data communications networks
- Experience administering operating systems and physical and virtual servers
- Experience with system and network monitoring and log review
- Knowledge of network emulation and virtualization
- Experience managing user access and enforcing security policies
- Proven troubleshooting and incident resolution for network/server/system issues
- Ability to document configurations, processes, and procedures
