The role includes STIG hardening, patching, scanning, backups, automation, vulnerability remediation, and RMF/ATO documentation. The engineer bridges developers and cybersecurity teams, maintains authorization compliance, supports classified or controlled environments, and provides secure, practical solutions that preserve development velocity.

Serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for enterprise BMC Remedy ITSM environments. Design, configure, customize, upgrade, integrate, and administer Remedy across development, QA, and production. Build workflows, service catalogs, CMDB structures, asset lifecycle solutions, reports, and enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and related systems. Lead federal stakeholder requirements, technical delivery, troubleshooting, deployments, and post-production support while ensuring ITIL, security, and DoD compliance.
