Job Summary
Support the installation, configuration and ongoing supporting of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and internet system or a segment of a network system. Participate in the planning and implementation of projects where networks are impacted or required. Install, maintain and resolve issues pertaining to networks.Job Description
- Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and network security infrastructure.
- Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, patches, and configuration standards.
- Support network projects, upgrades, deployments, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents within agreed service levels.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Manage relationships with network service providers and support vendors.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management requirements.

Education
