Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, network administration, and cloud services. As a Network Engineer/Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and assisting with cloud migration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain remote desktop and server environments.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain cloud-based solutions such as OneDrive and AWS.
- Assist with the planning and execution of cloud migration projects.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network administration and technical support.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology usage and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Btech/BCA preferred).
- Proven experience in technical support and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of remote desktop and server environments.
- Familiarity with user management and access control systems.
- Proficiency in cloud services such as OneDrive and AWS.
