NetSuite Implementation Project Manager

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST

Role Overview: Atticus Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong NetSuite implementation experience to support our company on an immediate project. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing NetSuite implementation initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with company expectations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementation projects and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, consultants, and technical resources in a remote environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and coordinate NetSuite implementation projects from planning through delivery.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with functional and technical NetSuite consultants, company stakeholders, and project teams.

• Track project progress, identify risks or potential delays, and proactively address issues.

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

• Monitor project scope, priorities, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed-upon requirements.

• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and status reports.

• Coordinate testing, implementation activities, and project handoffs as needed.

• Communicate project updates, risks, decisions, and action items to relevant stakeholders.

• Help ensure successful delivery of NetSuite implementation objectives and company expectations.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing NetSuite implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of the NetSuite implementation lifecycle and project delivery processes.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including functional and technical resources.

• Strong project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project dependencies.

• Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Willingness and availability to work 30 hours per week.

• Ability to work the required 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST schedule.

• Availability to commit to the project through February 2027.

What Will Set You Apart:

• NetSuite implementation/project management certification or relevant industry certification.

• Experience working with distributed or international teams.

• Experience managing ERP implementation projects in addition to NetSuite.

• Familiarity with NetSuite functional and technical workstreams, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
