ABOUT THE ROLE:

The NetSuite Functional Consultant is in charge of comprehending the business processes of the company and the clients they will be working with and also for  translating the business requirements to tailor the software to the organization's needs  Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills are the key abilities for the role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you'll get to ...

  • be responsible for the implementation process including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, installation, data conversion, user training and lifecycle support of NetSuite software
  • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
  • Develop test scripts and testing phase
  • Assist customers with data conversions
  • Make recommendations to customers for new process and capabilities
  • Work closely with sales and support to coordinate the completion of every project
  • Create regular written reports detailing project status, and discuss these reports with clients
  • Display leadership in project management, with the ability to collaborate as a team
  • Participate in the ongoing development of the team and implementation process
  • Support the sales team with solutions research and client presentations
  • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application designs, configurations, testing and deployments
  • Responsible for on-time, high-quality implementation of our cloud solutions
  • Work directly with clients to lead projects, organize business process analysis
  • sessions and develop and deliver key components of the NetSuite solution
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed
  • Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for project completion, including developing new templates and documents
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform other adhoc tasks related to the role
 

REQUIREMENTS:

On day one we'll expect you to...

  • have 4+ years experience in analyzing business processes and mapping these to NetSuite functionality (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
  • have 2+ years experience implementing NetSuite Software
  • BS/MS degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Have proven experience in a consulting role, particularly within industries like Software, Services, Manufacturing, or Distribution
  • have strong knowledge of software solutions, including experience in installation, integration, and training
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with clients and translate technical requirements.
  • possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • be team-oriented, self-motivated and very personable
  • have the expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities
  • be able to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
  • be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
  • be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
  • be willing to work within US Pacific timezone (8am - 5pm PST, 12AM - 9AM Manila time) or during client hours as required
  • be willing to undergo a 90-days probationary period upon initial hire
  • be open to a short-term project-based, part time contract opportunity

  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
