Hands-on senior data engineer role building and operating client-specific ELT pipelines and three-layer dbt projects on cloud warehouses (pref. BigQuery). Own pipeline operations, reconciliation and testing, semantic layer/metric definitions (Cube.dev), freshness/anomaly monitoring, PII-aware quality frameworks, and translate client domain discovery into reliable business marts to power dashboards and AI queries.

Own and evolve the client-delivery infrastructure: maintain Terraform/OpenTofu IaC, enforce GCP multi-tenancy and runtime isolation, implement keyless identity and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/OIDC), ensure observability, cost attribution, security posture, and provide on-call incident response while collaborating with delivery teams.

Recruit, onboard, activate, coach, and manage a network of fractional/advisory CxO partners to drive partner-sourced POVs and annual contracts. Own partner CRM and pipeline, run weekly reviews, enable partners with AI-generated briefs and demos, and ensure partner compensation and retention. Target time-to-first-meeting is 30 days and travel is ~25%.

Design, customize, configure, test, and deploy NetSuite ERP modules, workflows, and integrations. Implement enhancements, ensure data integrity and system performance, support reporting and change management, and align NetSuite with business requirements while guiding process improvements and deployments.

Deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations including configuration, SuiteFlow setup, integrations, testing and deployment. Design solutions, manage multiple workstreams, train users, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with partners, and drive user adoption and process improvements.

Recruit, onboard, activate, and coach fractional and advisory CxO partners to drive partner-sourced demo meetings, POVs, and annual contracts. Own partner CRM and pipeline, run weekly reviews, drive partner retention/expansion, and ensure partner economics and payouts are executed.

Provide NetSuite administration and user support, design and implement NetSuite solutions and customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud), manage roles/access, build forms, maintain integrations, handle data tasks, reports, and troubleshoot help-desk issues in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Lead NetSuite implementations from requirements analysis through configuration, data conversion, testing, training and lifecycle support. Translate business processes into NetSuite solutions, develop specs and test scripts, coordinate with sales/support, deliver client-facing presentations, provide technical support, and ensure on-time, high-quality cloud ERP deployments.
