Are you a versatile MIS Developer experienced in NetSuite ERP development, system integrations, and automation?
Join our Corporate Applications team at HiBob , where you'll help scale our core financial systems by building customized NetSuite solutions, integrating cutting-edge iPaaS workflows, and driving process automation across the organization.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of NetSuite development experience - Must
- Hands-on experience with Workato
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Familiarity with data warehousing or analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) - an advantage.
- Exposure to AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, AI workflow automation, or ML model integrations) - a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of financial and operational business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and an Agile mindset are essential, as this role involves working closely and simultaneously with multiple product managers.
Job Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining NetSuite customizations - including SuiteScripts (2.x), SuiteFlows, and advanced PDF templates.
Building integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using Workato, ensuring reliable data flow and automation. - Implementing end-to-end automation across Finance, Procurement, Legal and other teams by leveraging APIs, iPaaS recipes, and custom scripts.
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes to identify opportunities for system-driven improvements and efficiency gains.
Developing and deploying AI-based automations and tools to improve process efficiency, anomaly detection, and predictive insights across financial and operational workflows - Contributing to system governance by maintaining data integrity, security, and audit readiness across integrations.
