You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.
How you will contribute
The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

- Ingenieros Mecatrónicos, Electrónicos, Automatización, Control o carreras afines bachilleres o titulados, con experiencia minima de 5 años en proyectos de automatización industrial e implementación de tecnologías Industria 4.0, con experiencia en programación.
- Conocimiento en normas eléctricas, diseño de tableros eléctricos y de control/comunicación.
- Conocimiento en PLC/HMI, robots/cobots, AMR/AGVs entre otras tecnologías.
- Conocimiento en redes industriales, ciberseguridad y arquitecturas IoT/cloud.
- Experiencia en gestión y/o liderazgo de proyectos de automatización y/o digital.

Skills Required
- Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Control, or related engineering discipline (bachelor or graduated)
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation projects and implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies
- Experience in programming for industrial automation systems
- Knowledge of electrical standards and electrical/control/communication panel design
- Experience with PLC and HMI systems
- Experience with robots and cobots
- Experience with AMR/AGV systems
- Knowledge of industrial networks, cybersecurity, and IoT/cloud architectures
- Experience in project management and/or leadership of automation or digital projects
- Experience in engineering or operations, working under pressure, and analytical skills
