Amex GBT Neo1 is a full-stack innovation hub, and is looking to accelerate the growth of our spend management platform while maintaining engagement of our rapidely growing customer base of SME’s.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality of deliverables while ensuring that evolutions do not lead to regressions. Your tasks will include validating features through exploratory testing to check that developments are in line with specifications, as well as writing automated tests to feed the non-regression test base.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Ensure the qualification of developments for our entire application through both manual and automated testing.
• Automate end-to-end tests using Cypress.
• Validates features through manual exploratory tests requiring strong functional skills and autonomy
• Detect, analyze, and report issues, follow up on their progress, and ensure their resolution.
• Handle technical elements necessary for testing, such as basic database manipulation and Git.
• Maintain high quality of developed features and ensure their evolution is protected from regressions.
• Work with a cutting-edge platform in the fast-growing Spend Management space.
• Working in a collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation and creativity.
• Working from home flexibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a QA role or similar.
• You are curious, rigorous, and methodical.
• You appreciate both the functional side of qualification and the technical side of test automation
• With excellent interpersonal skills, you are also capable of working independently on assigned projects.
• Adherence to the values of Amex GBT Neo1, including trust and a good team spirit.
