Jobbet:
Du vil være på vagt i vores alarmrum tilknyttet vores kundeservicecenter, hvor du koordinerer alarmopkald i samarbejde med de montører, som er på vagt.
Opgaverne:
- Modtagelse/ekspedition af alarmer, som aktiveres i vores elevatorer
- Modtagelse og videregivelse af udkald til montørerne på vagt
- Overvågning af tekniske alarmer
- Ad hoc administrative opgaver for Otisline.
Vi ser helst, at du er studerende på en videregående uddannelse eller måske har orlov fra studierne. Hvis du derudover har erfaring fra servicebranchen, vil det være helt perfekt.
Vi forventer, at du er fleksibel i forhold til eventuel bytning af vagter og at du vil være villig til at kunne tage en dagvagt, hvis behov for dette opstår.
Du skal kunne tage ca. 3 vagter om måneden inden for følgende tidsrum:
Mandag til fredag: 15.45 - 07.00 (15,25 timers vagt)
Fredag: 15.15 - 16.00 lørdag (24,75 timers vagt)
Lørdag: 15.45 - 16.00 søndag (24,25 timers vagt)
Søndag: 15.45 - 07.00 (15,25 timers vagt)
I løbet af din vagt, vil du have mulighed for at sove imellem alarmopkaldene.
Som person er du:
Rolig, positiv og udadvendt med et stort engagement og evner at bevare overblikket og vedholdenhed i pressede situationer. Du skal være god til at arbejde og være alene, da du er den eneste nattevagt på arbejde og den eneste på kontoret i Herlev. Du forventes at være dygtig til de gængse it-værktøjer og have flair for at tale med mennesker.
