Position Purpose:
The National Accounts Specialist at the Company is integral to supporting National Account Managers and business customers by ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and fulfillment of national account orders. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including branch delivery coordination, order processing, pricing management, customer communication, and the preparation of detailed reports, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience and driving organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to independently manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, thereby directly contributing to the success and growth of the Company's National Accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between branch offices and National Account Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Execute and manage order entry and fulfillment processes with precision, ensuring all customer specifications and deadlines are met to uphold company standards and client expectations.
Oversee pricing management duties, including entering specialty quotes and bids, to maintain competitive market positioning and drive business growth.
Collaborate closely with clients to support product inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term business relationships.
Conduct thorough research on pricing credits and short payments, ensuring accurate financial records and facilitating prompt resolution of discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute monthly product usage reports and vendor promotional statements, providing vital insights for strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.
Administer the setup and ongoing support of the Eagle View Construct Program, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to streamlined operations.
Generate and disseminate crucial financial documents, including invoices, statements, and customer rebates, to maintain robust transaction accuracy and client trust.
Direct Manager Direct Reports:
The National Accounts Specialist reports directly to the VP of National Accounts or Senior Director of National Accounts within the the Company's National Accounts team. This position does not have any direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
The National Accounts Specialist for the the Company is required to travel occasionally for branch coordination and customer engagement activities, with trips planned to ensure optimal support for national accounts and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
The position of National Accounts Specialist with the Company is predominantly office-based and demands the ability to perform tasks efficiently in a standard business environment. Key physical requirements include the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, frequently use a computer including typing, and interact with other team members and clients through various forms of communication. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with skills ranging from intermediate to advanced for tasks related to reporting, data extraction, and presentation development.
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of management.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test is required.
