Job Summary

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work onsite three (3) days per week and remotely two (2) days per week. The individual in this role will be based at the Austin ISD Main Office and will provide onsite support to Austin ISD employees.
This Position Is Responsible For Supporting And Driving Best Practices With Sales & Account Management When Acquiring And Renewing New Business. Responsible For Handling Client Service Issues, And Collaborating Across The Enterprise, And Ensuring Client Satisfaction. Maintain An Ongoing Relationship With Clients Solving Service Issues Through Partnerships Across The Enterprise.
Job Description Summary
Responsible for supporting Account Management personnel in the renewal of clients within assigned book of business. Responsibilities include communicating with brokers and clients; conducting research on inquiries; resolving issues with assistance from internal operational teams; preparing reports and conducting analysis; attending health fairs and enrollment meetings as required.
Responsibilities
* Support Account Executives to renew clients within assigned book of business
* Develop relationships with clients and brokers/consultants
* Research inquiries received from clients & brokers/consultants
* Coordinate research through internal contacts and operational teams
* Respond directly to customer or company representative with updates and resolution
* Coordinate meetings, including agendas and presentation materials
* Attend client meetings, health fairs and enrollment meetings as required
* Gather data, create and/or maintain databases.
* Research and prepare utilization reports. Summarize and analyze results
* Respond to questions from prospects regarding benefit information and available benefit options.
* Obtain and maintain Texas Life/Health license
* May include travel to client meetings, health fairs and enrollment meetings
Required Job Qualifications:
* Must have State General Agent Insurance License or obtain State General Agent Insurance License within 90 days of starting in the role
* Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 3 years of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making
* Organizational and project implementation skills, phone customer service skills, presentation skills
* Verbal and written communications skills to interact to interact with internal and external contacts
* PC proficiency to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint. and sales system
* Willingness and ability for occasional travel
* Associate or Bachelor Degree

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$66,400.00 - $99,600.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
