As a trusted digital advisor, you'll immerse yourself in the world of our current and prospective customers, delving deep into their unique challenges and ambitious goals. By partnering with customers on the Salesforce platform, you'll champion innovative solutions that not only meet their business objectives but also inspire them to blaze new trails within their organizations. As a vital member of our Ohana, your contributions will shape the future of our business and the success of our customers.

What We're Looking For

Exceptional Customer Communication: You communicate with clarity and confidence across various mediums—whether through writing, speaking, presenting, or utilizing tools like whiteboarding, Google Slides, and Zoom—to engage and inspire customers.
Strategic Account Planning: You excel at crafting and executing plans to achieve ambitious sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.

Insightful Research and Discovery: You have a knack for uncovering prospects' current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals, leveraging customer use cases and value hypotheses to drive meaningful conversations.

Innovative Solutioning: You are adept at identifying compelling value propositions that address customer needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology solutions.

Resourceful Execution: You relentlessly pursue results by harnessing the full potential of available resources and tools.

Collaborative Team Selling: You thrive in a team environment, aligning seamlessly with account teams and partners to drive deals forward and ensure customer success.

Local Expertise: You are fluent in both Norwegian and English and have the right to work in Norway, enabling you to connect authentically with local customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You foster strong relationships and inspire confidence.

Formal Education in Sales Methodologies: You are equipped with advanced selling techniques with a proven track record.

Strategic Alliance Building: You have a proven ability to develop business cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances.

Successful SaaS Sales Experience: You bring several years of relevant experience that showcase your expertise and track record in the industry.
