  • Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio management and governance questions, escalations, and requests across North America
  • Design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, change control processes, escalation paths, and recurring governance reviews to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, current, and aligned to investment size and risk
  • Track actual spend against approved capital targets across the portfolio and support capital target setting and reforecasting cycles in partnership with Finance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Clarity for NA technology, owning data quality reviews, reporting, adoption, and identification of process enhancements to streamline strategic planning, annual planning, and governance
  • Develop leadership level dashboards, portfolio reporting, analysis, and briefing materials for planning cycles, reviews, and QBRs in partnership with functional leads, PMO functions, and technology leadership
  • Oversee vendor and contractor governance across the portfolio
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team supporting portfolio management, planning, and governance activities
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technology portfolio management, PMO, or portfolio governance, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
