You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
This role is part of our People Services team, based in our Bucharest office. You would be responsible to support the Iberia payroll team in the daily administrative processes related to the monthly payroll administration and related reporting.
How you will contribute
In this role, you will work closely with the Manufacturing business, People Lead and the People Experience advisors and the rest of the People Services team. It is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow and develop a high-quality service to both our stakeholder teams and customers.
What you will bring

- Team player that can build long lasting positive relations with direct team, colleagues & stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office user: Expert level in Excel.
- Experience in SAP systems and knowledge of Workday and Acerta (Belgian payroll provider) is an asset.

What you need to know about this position:
- Take care of personnel administration (Hire to retire, time credits...) in ADP/Payroll system.
- Provide timely and accurate payroll support and related reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for Mondelez' employees and their payroll queries.
- Execute and support region related SOX controls.
- Identify processes subject to Continuous Improvements and implement them.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor in HR management / Business administration / Economics, or a similar education.
Languages:
Spanish and English are required;
Portuguese and/or other European languages are a plus.
Job specific requirements:
Knowledge/Expertise in Spanish payroll/legislation is a plus.
