We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support administrative tasks, customer communication, and basic digital operations. This role requires excellent English communication skills, comfort handling calls, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Candidates must be confident, clearly audible, and professional in both written and spoken communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
Manage basic QuickBooks tasks (invoicing, records, basic bookkeeping support)
Perform website updates using WordPress (basic content edits)
Assist with social media management, primarily Facebook content and updates
Support general administrative tasks as assigned
Strong command of English — must be clearly audible in a voice note (non-negotiable)
Experience with QuickBooks
Basic knowledge of WordPress website updates
Experience handling social media content, especially Facebook
At least 1 year of relevant experience (more is a plus, but not required)
Experience with inbound and outbound calls
